I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely kitchen and a large sitting room that opened onto a garden leading to the swimming pool. The two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, were clean and comfortable, and the double room had a balcony with a view of the pool and sea. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, main street, and a variety of bars and restaurants.

6Th visit to this site. Still no serious complaints. Staff very friendly, although language can be a small problem. Room(s) excellent. Location is main reason for use, 1st class beach is 400m away and huge choice of bars/reasaurants is approx 1km - easy walking distance and away from any noise.

Pool is very good, but from a safety point of view where the straight and round sections meet could do with coloured tiles to clearly indicate the location of corners.

Very big 2-floor apartment. Private swimming pool. The location is a bit outside the city so there are not many restaurants outside, but it was very quiet in the evenings.

No internet access, no kettle in the kitchen.

Very large apartment and very spacious. Easy access to swimming pool and the small lawn linked to the apartment is surrounded by a hedge to increase privacy. Staff very helpful.

Comfortable, quite apartments, nice pool, very friendly staff - helped us in organizing local excursions. Not far from the beach and evening activities.

Equipment in kitchen might be better. Not enough sun beds and umbrellas at the pool

The apartment was a good size and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and main street with lots of bars and restaurants. The balcony off the double bedroom had a great view of the pool and sea, lovely to wake up to in the morning.

The soundproofing in the apartment was non-existent. We could hear every conversation and movement from the neighboring apartments and it was particularly noisy during New Year's Eve celebrations.

Appartment was large with all that we needed for a good holiday,aircon was fantastic and a must for our stay,rooms were cleaned daily,and anything we asked for was sorted with a smile,all staff were friendly and helpfull and always seemed happy at their work which says a lot about a hotel in my experience,i picked this hotel based on all the reviews that I checked out and believe me I checked out many different sites and read all reviews.Hotel is about 15 min walk to the centre of praia da roche and from one of the best beeches that I have ever walked on.Mondello shopping centre is 10-15 mins walk in the opposite direction and you will get everything that you need here,taxi is only 5 euro to both these places.

Only small thing to be aware of is that there is very little in the imediate area of the hotel,there is one small bar with free wi fi ,and one small shop which has the basics ,other than these you have to walk towords praia da roche where you will find other bars and restaraunts along the way.

Excellent hotel, i hope to go back soon.

The apartment was very spacious and well, equipped, with a fully functioning kitchen and a large sitting room. It was spotlessly clean and cozy, offering a home, away, from, home feel. the proximity to the beach was a huge plus, with just a short walk to a beautiful stretch of sand and vibrant street full of bars/restaurants.

That the apartment was not soundproof, which meant that we could hear noise from outside. this was a very minor inconvenience that did not detract from an overall enjoyable experience.

-very spacious appartment on 2 floors -2 large bedrooms on top floor each with ensuite -separate kitchen -large sitting rm/dining rm -childrens pool was shallow enough and safe enough for 3 yr old to play in without having us with him in the pool so we could lie on the sunbeds and he would play happily -staff all really helpful and nice -rooms cleaned and sheets change every day except sunday -small playground

-no childrens club or childrens disco -short walk to beach but bumpy pavement hard for small kids

Good location 5 minutes from brilliant beach. Good swimming pool and gardens Helpful staff. Large, comfortable apartment. Very helpful staff.

Calm place, relatively close to the beach, nice stuff, good cleaning, pool.

No free wi-fi; you can hear everything that you neighbours are doing - walls are too thin.

In summer this hotel would be ideally situated, only a 10 minute walk to restaurants etc

Difficult to find - food offer was very poor, and breakfast was not available early on the Sunday.
